SHIPPING

Coffee and Diamonds offers free ground shipping on domestic orders with a value of more than $100.  

ORDERS

Each piece of Coffee and Diamonds jewelry is handmade in New York City.

Please expect approximately 3-4 weeks for your order to ship.  Coffee and Diamonds will do its best to provide an approximate ship date for each order.  We will not ship to any U.S. or international P.O. boxes.  

We will try to accommodate rush orders whenever possible.  Please send us a note at orders@coffeeanddiamonds.com prior to placing your order to see if we can send by your required delivery date.

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order.  

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Since all pieces are handmade to order, all sales are final.  Coffee and Diamonds will accept unworn and re-saleable jewelry with receipt and complete original packaging for store credit only within 7 days of customer receipt.  Returns after the 7 day period will not be accepted.  If you would like to make a return, please contact us for a return authorization.  No store credit will be granted without return authorization.  Coffee and Diamonds will not be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.  Once the return is processed, credit will be issued for only the merchandise value.  Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

JEWELRY CARE

Brass jewelry is plated in 10K or 14K yellow gold, white gold, rose gold, or silver and rhodium.  Do not expose it to water, and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, makeup, or hair products.  We recommend that you remove your jewelry while exercising, bathing, and swimming. 

Plated jewelry should be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth.  The piece should be completely dry prior to wearing it.  The use of harsh chemicals, cleaners, or polish cloths are not recommended as they will affect the finish of the piece.  

Solid gold and wire jewelry can be cleaned with mild detergent or diluted ammonia solution.  Please avoid using an abrasive material as it can scratch the metal. 

Pearls require natural moisture and should not be stored in an airtight package. They should be placed in linen, soft cloth, or a soft pouch, away from sharp objects that can damage the pearl's surface. Gently wipe pearls with a soft cloth to remove body oils or dirt before putting them away.  Keep pearls away from water, perspiration, chlorine bleach, vinegar, ammonia, hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics, as these substances will damage the pearl surface.

Wire jewelry is delicate and must be handled and worn with care.  Improper handling and care may result in bending.  

REPAIRS

If your jewelry requires a repair, please contact info@coffeeanddiamonds.com for a consultation. A repair determination shall be made by Coffee and Diamonds.  Please note that not all jewelry can be repaired.  The customer will be responsible for the cost of the repair and shipments unless there is an Coffee and Diamonds-verified issue with the piece(s) within 30 days of purchase. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Coffee and Diamonds ships worldwide. 

Orders not placed in English will be subject to cancellation. 

Upon dispatch of your order, all accountability is transferred to the purchaser, and Coffee and Diamonds is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by inclement weather, international custom issues, or any factors beyond our control.  Coffee and Diamonds is not accountable for lost or stolen packages.  

Coffee and Diamonds is not responsible for any international or domestic taxes under any circumstance.  All international orders are subject to custom and import duties and taxes.  Please confirm with your local customs office for information related to these fees.  Orders that are returned as a result of customs issues will be refunded less shipping fees, and a restocking charge.
